Your account, email and web space must not be used to receive or transmit any illegal, profane, abusive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, copyright or pornographic material. The definition of these is entirely at the discretion of Penn-Online Ltd.  

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the immediate suspension of your account and no refund of monies paid will be made. We may, at our discretion take any action to recover damages however caused.
